Running the attraction

Fills up before you flip the sign.

Weekends, holidays and your special exhibitions sell themselves online, while your team is on the floor with visitors.

Timed entry, capped

Give each entry slot its own limit to smooth the flow and stay within your safe capacity. Once a slot is full it stops selling, and every slot can hold a different number.

Peak and off-peak pricing

Price your quiet weekday sessions lower than your weekend peaks, so the empty slots fill without you discounting the busy ones.

Tours and extras

Sell a guided tour, a special exhibition or a gift ticket as their own ticket types at their own prices, in the same basket as admission and counted separately.

Door check-in

Scan the QR from each booking at the door on any phone, or tick people off the list on screen. Walk-ins and pre-booked, one door.

A till for the desk

The Sell screen turns any tablet into a till for cash or card. Walk-up visitors land in the same session counts and end-of-day totals as the online bookings.

Reports at a glance

See your bookings, takings and how full each session ran, so you know what to price up, what to push and where the quiet spots are.

Filling the quiet days

Every booking goes and gets you the next visitor.

Groups bring the whole party

Once someone has booked, one tap posts the plan to their group chat, previewing with your attraction's photo and name on it. Their friends book the same slot.

Google reviews, asked for automatically

A friendly ask lands the day after they visit, while it is still fresh. For a local venue, more reviews is the single best way to be found.

Half-booked sessions, chased back

Someone wanders off mid-booking and Hatch nudges them an hour later. Sessions quietly filled, nothing for you to do.

Your sessions, published to Google

Every session goes out as structured event data, the kind Google uses for "things to do near me" and its things-to-do results.

Your visitors stay yours

They book on your page, under your name, and you keep the customer list and the data. Software you run, not a marketplace that rents you your own customers.

Got questions

Straight answers.

Can I manage capacity with timed-entry slots?

Yes. Every entry slot has its own limit and its own time, and once it is full it stops selling, so you stay within your safe capacity and the flow stays smooth. Different slots can hold different numbers.

Can I sell tours, exhibitions and gift tickets alongside admission?

Yes. Alongside admission you add extras as their own ticket types at their own prices, such as a guided tour, a special exhibition or a gift ticket, and each is counted and reported separately.

Can I run special events and school groups from one system?

Yes. Special events and tours are just sessions with their own times, prices and capacities, run from one venue and one dashboard alongside everyday admission.

Can visitors change their own booking?

Yes. From their confirmation a visitor can change their own booking, moving to another time or adding and dropping tickets, confirmed by a short code we email them. If the change works out cheaper we refund the difference straight to their card, with nothing for you to do. If it costs more, they pay the difference there and then. A full cancellation stays your call, a couple of clicks from your dashboard.

Do walk-ins and online bookings end up in one place?

Yes. The Sell screen takes walk-ins on any tablet as cash or card, and they land in the same counts and end-of-day totals as the online bookings. One set of numbers.

What does visitor attraction ticketing from Hatch cost?

No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and the money is paid straight into your own Stripe account. Our fee is 3% of what you sell. All in, with card fees, that is about 4.5% + 20p a booking. For an attraction doing serious volume, or a group of venues, the rate flexes, so talk to us.
