Hatch

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These terms govern the use of the Hatch platform provided by Hatch Tickets Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17323782), registered office 195-197 Suite Ra01 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU ("Hatch", "we", "us"), to a venue ("you"). By setting up a Hatch account you agree to them.

1. The service

Hatch is white-label ticketing and booking software. It lets you sell timed-session tickets on a branded page, take payment through your own Stripe account, and check guests in by QR code. You remain the merchant of record for every sale.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your venue details, for the events and prices you publish, and for keeping your login secure. You must be authorised to act for the venue and be aged 18 or over.

3. Fees

4. Payments to you

Payments are taken into your own Stripe account, which is subject to Stripe's terms. Stripe pays out your takings on your own payout schedule. Hatch never holds your funds.

5. Refunds and customer service

You are responsible for your own events, admissions, and for handling your customers' refunds, cancellations and complaints. Hatch provides the tools to issue refunds and amendments through Stripe.

6. Term and cancellation

Your agreement runs on a rolling monthly basis for the first year, which you can cancel at any time with reasonable notice. After the first year we may agree a longer term together. On cancellation you keep access to your data export and your Stripe account remains your own.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Hatch to sell anything unlawful, to break Stripe's rules, or in a way that harms the platform or other users. We may suspend an account that does.

8. Data protection

Each party will comply with UK data protection law. For bookings, you are the controller of your customers' data and Hatch is your processor. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

9. Liability

Hatch provides the platform with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms on reasonable notice. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
