Booking built for garden centres.
Sell workshops, wreath making, grottos and pumpkin slots from your own page. Cap each session to the places you actually have, take the money up front into your own Stripe account, and fill the weeks the plants cannot. On your own brand, so your customers stay yours.
See it live at Hatchwood Park
powered by HatchThe quiet weeks, filled.
January workshops, the pumpkin patch and the whole Christmas season sell themselves online, while your team is on the shop floor.
Capped to the bench space
Give every workshop and grotto slot its own limit, so you never sell more places than you have seats, materials or helpers. Once a session is full it stops selling.
Peak and off-peak pricing
Price a midweek February workshop below your Saturday sittings, so the quiet slots fill without discounting the ones that sell themselves.
Extras and upgrades
Sell a meal with Santa, a glass of something at an evening workshop or an extra adult as their own ticket types at their own prices, counted separately.
Door check-in
Scan the QR from each booking on any phone as people arrive for a workshop or a grotto slot, or tick them off the list on screen.
A till for the counter
The Sell screen turns any tablet into a till for cash or card, so a place booked at the counter lands in the same session counts and end-of-day totals.
Reports at a glance
See which workshops sell out and which weeks are thin, so next year's calendar is built on what actually filled rather than what you remember. Not sure what to put on? Read what events a garden centre should run.
Every booking goes and gets you the next customer.
Friends book the same table
Once someone has booked, one tap posts the plan to their group chat, previewing with your centre's photo and name on it. Workshops fill in twos and threes, not ones.
Google reviews, asked for automatically
A friendly ask lands the day after they visit, while it is still fresh. For a local venue, more reviews is the single best way to be found.
Half-booked sessions, chased back
Someone wanders off mid-booking and Hatch nudges them an hour later. Sessions quietly filled, nothing for you to do.
Your sessions, published to Google
Every session goes out as structured event data, the kind Google uses for "wreath making near me" and its things-to-do results.
Your visitors stay yours
They book on your page, under your name, and you keep the customer list and the data. Software you run, not a marketplace that rents you your own customers.

Straight answers.
Can I cap a workshop to the places I have?
Yes. Every session has its own limit, so you never sell more places than you have seats, materials or helpers. Once a session is full it stops selling, and different sessions can hold different numbers.
Can I sell a meal or a drink alongside a place?
Yes. Alongside the place you add extras as their own ticket types at their own prices, such as breakfast with Santa, a glass of something at an evening workshop or an extra adult, and each is counted and reported separately.
Can I run the grotto, the pumpkin patch and workshops from one system?
Yes. Grottos, pumpkin patch slots, workshops and talks are all just sessions with their own dates, prices and capacities, run from one venue and one dashboard.
Can customers change their own booking?
Yes. From their confirmation a customer can change their own booking, moving to another time or adding and dropping tickets, confirmed by a short code we email them. If the change works out cheaper we refund the difference straight to their card, with nothing for you to do. If it costs more, they pay the difference there and then. A full cancellation stays your call, a couple of clicks from your dashboard.
Do places booked at the counter end up in the same list?
Yes. The Sell screen takes a booking at the counter on any tablet as cash or card, and it lands in the same session counts and end-of-day totals as the online bookings. One set of numbers.
What does a garden centre booking system from Hatch cost?
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and the money is paid straight into your own Stripe account. Our fee is 3% of what you sell. All in, with card fees, that is about 4.5% + 20p a booking. For a centre doing serious volume, or a group of sites, the rate flexes, so talk to us.
