Features Selling & payments
Sell whatever you put on, however you price it.
Skating, parties, holiday clubs, afternoon tea, each with its own tickets, prices and times, under one venue. The money lands in your own Stripe account from the first sale.
One venue, every kind of thing you run.
Each event with its own tickets, prices and schedule, on sale in minutes, priced exactly how you like.
Guests manage their own bookings
Change a date, add a friend or cancel for a refund, all from a link in the confirmation email. The payment reconciles itself, so it's fewer calls to field for you and a better day out for them.
Unlimited events
Add as many events as you run, each on sale in minutes with its own schedule.
Timed sessions, real capacity
Each slot has a set capacity and stops selling the moment it's full. No overbooking.
Multiple ticket types
Adult, child, spectator, whatever fits, each priced how you like.
Peak & off-peak pricing
Different prices by day or time of day, set once and applied automatically.
Add-ons & extras
Skate hire, party boxes and more, offered at the pay bar without being pushy.
Discount & voucher codes
Percentage or money off, whole-venue or one event, with min spend, usage caps and expiry.
Booking fees, your call
Absorb our fee or pass it on as a booking fee that's itemised at checkout, so guests always see exactly what they're paying for.
QR tickets by email
Sent instantly, with one-tap add-to-calendar buttons built in.
Confirmations by text
Leave a mobile number and the booking arrives by text as well as email, showing your venue's name.
Bulk scheduling
Create a whole month of sessions across chosen days and times in one go.
Sold-out waitlists
When a session's full, guests join the waitlist instead of leaving. The moment a space opens, everyone waiting is emailed to book.
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no tier to upgrade into. Stripe's own card fees apply on top, about 1.5% + 20p on a UK card, so all in it's roughly 4.5% + 20p a booking.
Your money, in your account, from the first sale.
You're the merchant of record on your own Stripe account. Hatch never holds your funds.
Paid into your own Stripe account
Takings land with you directly. Hatch is never in the middle of your money.
Cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay
Cards work from day one. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear as soon as they're switched on in your Stripe account.
Settled as you sell
Money arrives on your own Stripe payout schedule, not held back until after the event.
Refunds in a couple of clicks
Full or partial, straight from your dashboard, back the way it came.
Booking amendments
Change a booking and the payment reconciles itself, no spreadsheet gymnastics.
3% of what you sell
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no tier to be upgraded into. Stripe's card fees apply on top, as with any card payment.
Questions about selling.
Can I pass the fee on to guests?
That is your call. Absorb it, or add it as a booking fee that is itemised at checkout so guests always see exactly what they are paying for. You can change your mind whenever you like.
What happens when a session sells out?
Guests join a waitlist instead of leaving. The moment a space opens, everyone waiting is emailed to book, so a cancellation turns back into a sale on its own.
How soon do I get paid?
Money lands in your own Stripe account as tickets sell and pays out on your own Stripe schedule. It is not held back until after the event, and Hatch is never in the middle of it.
Can I set up a whole season at once?
Yes. Bulk scheduling creates a month of sessions across the days and times you choose in one go, rather than you building them a slot at a time.
Can guests get their booking by text?
Yes. A guest who leaves a UK mobile number gets their confirmation by text as well as by email, showing your venue's name rather than a number. It costs you nothing extra, and the QR ticket still comes by email.
