Court booking built for clubs.
Members see your courts as a live grid, tap a free slot and pay for it. Peak and off-peak rates, a gate code for unstaffed hours, and the money straight into your club’s own Stripe account. On your own brand, so your members stay yours.
See a real club’s courts, live
powered by HatchThe whiteboard, retired.
Members book their own court, pay for it, and let themselves in. Nobody rings the clubhouse to ask what is free on Thursday.
A live court grid
Courts down the side, times across the top, and every free slot bookable in a tap. Booked slots grey out as they go, so two people can never take the same court.
Peak and off-peak pricing
Weekday mornings should not cost what a Tuesday evening costs. Set peak and off-peak rates per slot and the quiet hours fill without you discounting the ones that sell themselves.
Gate codes for unstaffed hours
A booking can carry the door or barrier code, released close to the start time, so members can play at hours when nobody is on site and you are not cutting keys.
One grid, several sports
Badminton, squash and padel each get their own tab, so a member picks the sport first and only sees the courts that matter to them.
A till for the desk
The Sell screen turns any tablet into a till for cash or card, so a court booked at the desk lands in the same grid and the same end-of-day totals as the online ones.
Reports at a glance
See which workshops sell out and which weeks are thin, so next year's calendar is built on what actually filled rather than what you remember.
Every booking goes and gets you the next player.
Doubles need four
Once someone has booked a court, one tap posts it to their group chat, previewing with your club’s name on it. Racquet sports are booked by one person and played by four.
Google reviews, asked for automatically
A friendly ask lands the day after they visit, while it is still fresh. For a local venue, more reviews is the single best way to be found.
Half-booked sessions, chased back
Someone wanders off mid-booking and Hatch nudges them an hour later. Sessions quietly filled, nothing for you to do.
Your sessions, published to Google
Your courts go out as structured data, the kind Google uses for "padel near me" and its local results.
Your visitors stay yours
They book on your page, under your name, and you keep the customer list and the data. Software you run, not a marketplace that rents you your own customers.

Straight answers.
How does the court grid work?
Your courts run down the side and your opening hours across the top, so a member sees the whole day at a glance. Free slots are bookable in a tap and booked ones grey out as they go, which means two people can never take the same court at the same time.
Can members get in when nobody is on site?
Yes. A booking can carry your door or barrier code, released close to the start time rather than at the moment of booking, so members can play early mornings and late evenings without staff on site and without you cutting keys.
Can I run several sports from one grid?
Yes. Each court is tagged with its sport, and a club with more than one gets tabs above the grid, so a member picks badminton or padel first and only sees the courts that apply. A single-sport club sees no tabs at all.
Can members change their own booking?
Yes. From their confirmation a member can change their own booking, moving to another time or adding and dropping tickets, confirmed by a short code we email them. If the change works out cheaper we refund the difference straight to their card, with nothing for you to do. If it costs more, they pay the difference there and then. A full cancellation stays your call, a couple of clicks from your dashboard.
Do courts booked at the desk show on the same grid?
Yes. The Sell screen takes a booking at the desk on any tablet as cash or card, and it blocks out the same slot on the same grid, so the online view is never out of step with the one on the wall.
What does a sports club booking system from Hatch cost?
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and the money is paid straight into your own Stripe account. Our fee is 3% of what you sell. All in, with card fees, that is about 4.5% + 20p a booking. For a club doing serious volume, or a group of sites, the rate flexes, so talk to us.
