Booking built for mini golf.
Sell timed tee slots, rounds and parties from your own page. Cap every slot to keep the course flowing, add club hire and a second round, and take the money straight into your own Stripe account.
See it live at Hatchwood Park
powered by HatchEvery tee time spoken for.
School holidays, sunny afternoons and the weekend rush sell themselves online, while your team stays on the course.
Capped to keep play flowing
Give each tee slot its own limit and it stops selling when it is full, so groups set off in an even flow instead of stacking up on the first hole. Every slot can hold a different number.
Peak and off-peak pricing
Price your quiet weekday rounds lower than your weekend peaks, so the empty slots fill without you discounting the busy ones.
Club hire and extras
Sell club hire, a second round and a soft drink as their own ticket types at their own prices, in the same basket as the round and counted separately.
Door check-in
Scan the QR from each booking at the door on any phone, or tick people off the list on screen. Walk-ins and pre-booked, one door.
A till for walk-ups
The Sell screen turns any tablet into a till for cash or card. Walk-up groups land in the same tee-slot counts and end-of-day totals as the online bookings.
Reports at a glance
See your bookings, takings and how full each slot ran, so you know what to price up, what to push and where the quiet spots are.
Every booking goes and gets you the next group.
Parties bring the whole group
Once someone has booked, one tap posts the tee time to their group chat, previewing with your course's photo and name on it. Their friends book the same slot.
Google reviews, asked for automatically
A friendly ask lands the day after they visit, while it is still fresh. For a local course, more reviews is the single best way to be found.
Half-booked slots, chased back
Someone wanders off mid-booking and Hatch nudges them an hour later. Tee times quietly filled, nothing for you to do.
Your tee slots, published to Google
Every slot goes out as structured event data, the kind Google uses for "crazy golf near me" and its things-to-do results.
Your players stay yours
They book on your page, under your name, and you keep the customer list and the data. Software you run, not a marketplace that rents you your own customers.

Straight answers.
Can I cap each tee time so the course does not back up?
Yes. Every tee slot has its own limit, and once it is full it stops selling, so groups set off in an even flow instead of stacking up on the first hole. Different slots can hold different numbers.
Can I sell club hire and a second round alongside a booking?
Yes. Alongside the round you add extras as their own ticket types at their own prices, such as club hire, a second round or a soft drink, and each is counted and reported separately.
Can I run rounds, group bookings and parties from one system?
Yes. Standard rounds, off-peak rounds, group bookings and parties are all just tee slots with their own times, prices and capacities, run from one venue and one dashboard.
Can players change their own booking?
Yes. From their confirmation a player can change their own booking, moving to another time or adding and dropping tickets, confirmed by a short code we email them. If the change works out cheaper we refund the difference straight to their card, with nothing for you to do. If it costs more, they pay the difference there and then. A full cancellation stays your call, a couple of clicks from your dashboard.
Do walk-ins and online bookings end up in one place?
Yes. The Sell screen takes walk-ins on any tablet as cash or card, and they land in the same tee-slot counts and end-of-day totals as the online bookings. One set of numbers.
What does a mini golf booking system from Hatch cost?
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and the money is paid straight into your own Stripe account. Our fee is 3% of what you sell. All in, with card fees, that is about 4.5% + 20p a booking. For a course doing serious volume, or a group of venues, the rate flexes, so talk to us.
