Booking built for climbing centres.
Sell timed climbing sessions, inductions and day passes from your own page. Cap every session to a safe number, add shoe hire and a first-time induction, and take the money straight into your own Stripe account.
See it live at Hatchwood Park
powered by HatchThe walls fill themselves.
After-work sessions, weekend tasters and the school-holiday rush sell themselves online, while your team stays on the floor.
Capped to a safe number
Give each session its own limit and it stops selling when it is full. You never put more climbers on the walls than you have decided is safe, and every slot can hold a different number.
Peak and off-peak pricing
Price your quiet daytime sessions lower than your after-work peaks, so the empty slots fill without you discounting the busy ones.
Inductions and shoe hire
Sell a first-time induction, shoe hire and a chalk bag as their own ticket types at their own prices, in the same basket as the climb and counted separately.
Door check-in
Scan the QR from each booking at the door on any phone, or tick people off the list on screen. Walk-ins and pre-booked, one door.
A till for walk-ups
The Sell screen turns any tablet into a till for cash or card. Walk-up climbers land in the same session counts and end-of-day totals as the online bookings.
Reports at a glance
See your bookings, takings and how full each session ran, so you know what to price up, what to push and where the quiet spots are.
Every booking goes and gets you the next climber.
Parties bring the whole group
Once a climber has booked, one tap posts the session to their group chat, previewing with your centre's photo and name on it. Their friends book the same slot.
Google reviews, asked for automatically
A friendly ask lands the day after they visit, while it is still fresh. For a local centre, more reviews is the single best way to be found.
Half-booked sessions, chased back
Someone wanders off mid-booking and Hatch nudges them an hour later. Sessions quietly filled, nothing for you to do.
Your sessions, published to Google
Every session goes out as structured event data, the kind Google uses for "climbing wall near me" and its things-to-do results.
Your climbers stay yours
They book on your page, under your name, and you keep the customer list and the data. Software you run, not a marketplace that rents you your own customers.

Straight answers.
Can I cap each session to a safe number of climbers?
Yes. Every session has its own limit, and once it is full it stops selling, so you never put more climbers on the walls than you have decided is safe. Different sessions can hold different numbers.
Can I sell shoe hire and inductions alongside a climb?
Yes. Alongside the climbing ticket you add extras as their own ticket types at their own prices, such as shoe hire, a first-time induction or a chalk bag, and each is counted and reported separately.
Can I run bouldering, inductions and parties from one system?
Yes. Climbing sessions, bouldering, inductions, taster sessions and parties are all just sessions with their own times, prices and capacities, run from one venue and one dashboard.
Can climbers change their own booking?
Yes. From their confirmation a climber can change their own booking, moving to another time or adding and dropping tickets, confirmed by a short code we email them. If the change works out cheaper we refund the difference straight to their card, with nothing for you to do. If it costs more, they pay the difference there and then. A full cancellation stays your call, a couple of clicks from your dashboard.
Do walk-ins and online bookings end up in one place?
Yes. The Sell screen takes walk-ins on any tablet as cash or card, and they land in the same session counts and end-of-day totals as the online bookings. One set of numbers.
What does a climbing centre booking system from Hatch cost?
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and the money is paid straight into your own Stripe account. Our fee is 3% of what you sell. All in, with card fees, that is about 4.5% + 20p a booking. For a centre doing serious volume, or a group of venues, the rate flexes, so talk to us.
