Booking built for escape rooms.
Sell your rooms by time slot and team size from your own page, back-to-back all day. One team per slot, priced by group size, and the money straight into your own Stripe account.
See it live at Hatchwood Park
powered by HatchEvery room in play.
Date nights, team away-days and the weekend rush book themselves online, while your team stays on the games.
One slot, one team
Each room's time slot sells once and then closes, so two teams never book the same room at the same time. Every room runs its own set of slots through the day.
Priced by team size
Set a price for each team-size band, so a team of five pays more than a team of two, and the booker picks their size as they book.
Photos and extras
Sell a team photo, a drink after or a harder-mode add-on as their own ticket types at their own prices, in the same basket as the game and counted separately.
Door check-in
Scan the QR from each booking at the door on any phone, or tick the team off the list on screen. Walk-ins and pre-booked, one door.
A till for walk-ups
The Sell screen turns any tablet into a till for cash or card. Walk-up teams land in the same slot counts and end-of-day totals as the online bookings.
Reports at a glance
See your bookings, takings and how full each room ran, so you know what to price up, what to push and where the quiet slots are.
Every booking goes and gets you the next team.
Teams bring the whole group
Once someone has booked, one tap posts the slot to their group chat, previewing with your room's photo and name on it. Their friends join the same team.
Google reviews, asked for automatically
A friendly ask lands the day after they play, while the win is still fresh. For a local venue, more reviews is the single best way to be found.
Half-booked slots, chased back
Someone wanders off mid-booking and Hatch nudges them an hour later. Slots quietly filled, nothing for you to do.
Your rooms, published to Google
Every slot goes out as structured event data, the kind Google uses for "escape room near me" and its things-to-do results.
Your players stay yours
They book on your page, under your name, and you keep the customer list and the data. Software you run, not a marketplace that rents you your own customers.

Straight answers.
Can I stop two teams booking the same room at the same time?
Yes. Each room's time slot sells once and then closes, so two teams never book the same room at the same time. Each room runs its own set of slots through the day.
Can I price a room by the size of the team?
Yes. Set a price for each team-size band, so a team of five pays more than a team of two, and the booker picks their size as they book. Each band is counted and reported separately.
Can I run several rooms back-to-back from one system?
Yes. Every room is its own set of time slots with its own theme, price and turnaround, run back-to-back all day from one venue and one dashboard.
Can players change their own booking?
Yes. From their confirmation a player can change their own booking, moving to another time or adding and dropping tickets, confirmed by a short code we email them. If the change works out cheaper we refund the difference straight to their card, with nothing for you to do. If it costs more, they pay the difference there and then. A full cancellation stays your call, a couple of clicks from your dashboard.
Do walk-ins and online bookings end up in one place?
Yes. The Sell screen takes walk-ins on any tablet as cash or card, and they land in the same slot counts and end-of-day totals as the online bookings. One set of numbers.
What does an escape room booking system from Hatch cost?
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and the money is paid straight into your own Stripe account. Our fee is 3% of what you sell. All in, with card fees, that is about 4.5% + 20p a booking. For a venue doing serious volume, or a group of venues, the rate flexes, so talk to us.
