Your order
Apple Pay and Google Pay supported
powered by HatchEvery booking goes and gets you the next one.
168 hours a week
That's every hour there is, and your booking page is open for all of them. Your doors are open for a fraction. The difference is still selling.
They bring their friends
Once they've booked, one tap posts the plan to their group chat, with your photo and your name on it. Their friends book the same session. You paid nothing to reach them.
You get found
A friendly ask for a Google review lands the day after their visit, and every session goes out as the structured event data Google uses for "things to do near me".
Sold out doesn't have to mean lost
When a session fills, the next person joins a waitlist instead of leaving. A cancellation goes to them automatically, rather than becoming an empty space nobody knew was free.
Some bookings come back
A half-finished booking gets a nudge an hour later. If they come back, you get the sale.
The day after their visit
"How was it?"
Every guest gets a friendly ask for a Google review, sent automatically, with nothing for you to remember.
Your brand, all the way to the ticket.
They book with your venue, on a page with your name on it, and nothing in the way.
Your name on it, not ours
Your logo, your colours, your typeface. The booking page, the confirmation and the ticket all look like your venue, because they are your venue.
No account to create
Nobody should have to invent a password to book a skate session. They pick a time, pay, and the ticket lands in their inbox.
A minute, standing up
Pick a day, pick a session, Apple Pay or Google Pay, done. Most people book on a phone with one hand, and the page is built for that first.
They sort themselves out
Add a ticket, drop one, or move to another time, straight from their confirmation. Without tying up your desk mid-session.
Doors open.
Everything else is handled.
Selling, checking in and cashing up. One system, any device.
Awkward schedules, handled
Sessions that repeat every week, ticket types at different prices, capacities per slot and the odd one-off. All under one venue.
Use your kit, or ours
Scan tickets and take payments on any phone or tablet you already own. Need proper kit for the day? Card readers, tablets and 4G, to hire.
A till for walk-ins
The Sell screen turns any tablet into a till for cash or card, then cashes up each till at the end of the day.
Create your account
Sign up free and add your venue. No card, a couple of minutes.
Make it yours
Your logo and colours on a booking layout we've already refined to convert. Nothing for you to design.

What 3% looks like
That's your cost. Now weigh it against the bookings you would otherwise miss.
Hatch's share only. Stripe's card fees apply on top, as set out above.
Straight answers.
What does it cost?
No setup fee and no monthly minimum. Our fee is 3% of what you sell. All in, with card fees, that's about 4.5% + 20p a booking.
Do I need anything to take payments?
Just a Stripe account, and setting one up is part of onboarding: a button takes you to Stripe's own sign-up and we're there if you get stuck. Your takings land in your own account as tickets sell, so you're never waiting until after an event to be paid. Apple Pay, Google Pay and fraud protection come with it.
What about refunds?
You refund from your dashboard in a couple of clicks, full or partial, and the money goes back the way it came.
How long to get started?
Once your venue's set up you can build events and open sessions the same day.
Can it match my brand?
Your logo, your accent colour, and your own link at yourvenue.hatchtickets.co.uk, all on our proven booking layout. Want it on your own web address instead, like tickets.yourvenue.co.uk? We can set that up on request.
I run more than one venue. Can Hatch cope?
Yes. Venues can be grouped under one login, each keeping its own brand, booking page and Stripe account, and you switch between them from a single dashboard.
Can I plug in my own analytics or ads?
Yes. Add your Meta Pixel or Google Analytics ID and your booking page tracks visits and purchases for your campaigns, with cookie consent handled for you.
How do guests get in?
They show the QR code from their confirmation email and you scan it at the door.
What happens when I need help?
Email us, phone us, message the WhatsApp group we set up for your venue, or tap Help on any dashboard screen. Whichever you pick, you reach a founder rather than a call centre.
Fifteen years of retail and of booking through other companies' ticketing systems taught us what support feels like when it goes quiet on your busiest afternoon. That is the part we most wanted to get right.
